Milla Jovovich In Talks To Star In George R.R. Martin's 'In The Lost Lands'

We look back at her baddest roles to celebrate.

Bad ass actress/model/singer/designer Milla Jovovich is in talks to star in the upcoming film adaptation of George R.R. Martin's In The Lost Lands. The film will be directed by Constantin Werner who adapted three stories from Dreaming: Volume 1 for the screen. The all-time beauty and sci-fi icon will bring a whole lotta sass to an unrelenting Daenerys-style role.

Milla will play a sorceress hired by a queen to obtain the power of shape-shifting, with typically complex side plots of a warrior girl who has to fight a dragon to save her lover and a young barbarian who is spellbound by a witch in a spacecraft unfolding in the meantime. After reading this synopsis we are hoping for a Game Of Thrones meets The Fifth Element epic.

We had a look into Milla's archives to prove that she's the ultimate fantasy fiction babe.

Return to The Blue Lagoon (1991)
15-year-old Milla is a Broke Shields doppelgänger as Lilli in Return To The Blue Lagoon. Achieves mermaid flawlessly.

Dazed and Confuzed (1993)
She showed the world her singing skillz as hippy babe Michelle Burroughs in Richard Linklater's cult 90s stoner movie Dazed and Confused.

The Fifth Element (1997)
Fifth Element Milla is the ultimate Milla, a humanoid stunna with the raddest orange hair and dominatrix style. Arguably the best sci-fi movie of all time, The Fifth Element follows the strong yet terrified and irresistibly cute LeeLoo (played by Milla) and Korben Dallas (Bruce Willis) as they fight to save the universe against the evil Jean-Baptiste Emanuel Zorg (Gary Oldman). Iconic. Multipass.

The Messenger: The Story of Joan of Arc (1999)
Milla is so fierce in Luc Besson's historical drama playing the biggest heroine of all time, Joan of Arc. The second film from the duo (who teamed up for The Fifth Element) received mixed reviews despite the flawless casting of a sword-wielding androgynous Milla.

Zoolander (2001)
Milla scared the crap out of us as Mugatu's evil Russian assistant in Zoolander where she rocked pleather outfits and huge lips.

Resident Evil (2002-2015)
Milla plays bad ass assassin Alice in this epic sci-fi series, which includes the titles Resident Evil: ApocalypseExtinction, Afterlife, Retribution and Rising. She is perfect as the leather-clad superhuman killing machine and the object of every nerd's fantasy.
