Moments Of Bill Murray Awesomeness, Because 'The Big Bad Book of Bill Murray' Exists

The man is a god.
That's right. Someone made a Bill Murray bible and it is making us feel two things: 1. What took you so long? 2. Shut up and take our money. Titled, at length, The Big Bad Book of Bill Murray: A Critical Appreciation of the World’s Finest Actor, it's the product of Brooklyn-based author Robert Schnakenberg who also made Christopher Walken A-to-Z and The Encyclopedia Shatnerica. Good taste.

A tribute to Bill's perfect existence, the book features behind the scenes photos, fan art, stories of heroism, his usual life-changing quotes, and chronicles every piece of his damn fine work.

Go ahead, pre-order the book here, and view/remember some selected moments of Bill's awesomeness while you wait.

His acceptance speech at the Scream Awards in 2010. If you can hear it over the entire audience losing their damn minds.

His photo shoot in Lost In Translation. Werk.

His tour of the Moonrise Kingdom set, in which he talks about excellent pants and having a little bit of rum in him.

When he calls Wu Tang troublemakers.

That time he filmed walking in slow motion with a guy who asked for his autograph, because autographs suck.

His Dalai Lama ad-lib in Caddyshack, which is nice.

Reminiscing on The Life Aquatic with Wes Anderson.

When he crashed a bachelor party and gave a speech that made you wish he was your father.

The entire Broken Flowers film.

Ok all of his Letterman appearances (and costumes), but particularly his goodbye.

His Reddit AMA, featuring his response to someone asking what it's like being so awesome, "Well, nothing prepared me for being this awesome. It's kind of a shock. It's kind of a shock to wake up every morning and be bathed in this purple light." So glad you can tolerate it, Bill.
