Pepsi Has Already Pulled That Cooked Ad Down
Less than 24 hours after Pepsi launched one of the worst ads in ages, they've pulled the entire thing. Of course, this is the internet and everything will exist forever, but the brand had to respond somehow to the complete screw up.
If you missed it, the advertisement essentially used protest as a cool and trendy selling point, resulting in a plot the centred around Kendall Jenner solving police brutality with Pepsi. Obviously no one drinks Pepsi anyway, but the advertisement didn't sit well with normal people on the internet — particularly what can be assumed to be their target demographic.

With the take-down, Pepsi issued a small statement saying "Pepsi was trying to project a global message of unity, peace, and understanding. Clearly we missed the mark, and we apologise. We did not intend to make light of any serious issue." The also apologised to Kendall Jenner, which is odd because that's probably Kris' job.
