Picture House of Horrors @ Golden Age

It's all Hallows Eve, Sydneysiders — and this one goes out to you.

On this very evening, Golden Age Cinema & Bar presents 'Picture House of Horrors': an opportunity to have your soul bequeathed to the very real terrors that lurk therein.

We're vague on exact terrors, because the organisers have kept all appropriately stealth. We're suitably spooked though, based on the event description: "we'll be screening a very secret film - secret like a buried corpse. If we told you we'd have to kill you… too. In the bar there will be a terrifying performance by Matt Format, dreadful DJs Pelvis (they'll be great, we're just saying that for effect), decaying decorations, and $6 Bubbling Beers and Horrible Highballs. Best dressed gets out alive. And prizes".

The overarching idea here is, if you know what's good (or bad) for you, you'll come. Additionally, prepare to dance and/or die. It's also worth noting that the flier promises 'petrifying popcorn' which we're game to try no matter the consequences. Tickets here.
