Legendary musician Patti Smith just performed on behalf of other legendary musician Bob Dylan at the 2016 Nobel Prize Award Ceremony. The notoriously reclusive Bob couldn't be there to accept his Nobel Prize for Literature, but Patti did an excellent job as a stand-in.

The total sweetheart gave a perf performance of 'A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall' during which she forgot the words because pressure/emotion. "I'm sorry, I'm so nervous," Patti said before launching back into the song. By the time she finished her 8-minute performance there was legit not one dry eye in the house.
